The Foundation is one of the most relevant en-tities in the disability sector in Spain and the world. It is a very dynamic and growing sector, whose activity and social impact have multi-plied in recent years. In addition, the Founda-tion is inetgrated in the Social Economy sector, and is also part of the Spanish Third Sector of Social Action, which has around 28,000 entities active in guaranteeing social rights and cove-ring the needs of the most vulnerable people. In collaboration with the Spanish Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities (CERMI), the ONCE Foundation promotes and contributes to the articulation of the disability movement in Spain. Next to the third sector 2023 Achievements and Highlights 2023 Achievements and Highlights 2023 Achievements and Highlights 96.2 million devoted to employment and training, with the following actions have been carried out:: 31 agreements in the field of inclusive edu-cation, of which 8 are framework agree-ments and 23 are specific agreements with universities and other entities. Permanent training programme “Por Talen-to Digital”. 866 training actions, with 5,292 (47% women) places in face-to-face and online training 60 face-to-face and/or virtual events rela-ted to higher education and inclusion 1.562 scholarships to students with disabi-lities, mainly university students, highligh-ting: 85 scholarships of the 9th edition ‘Oppor-tunity for Talent’ (transnational mobility, master’s and postgraduate, doctorate, research, study and sport and, for the first time, vocational training). 253 scholarships for disabled university students for work experience in compa-nies in the 7th edition of the “Fundación ONCE-CRUE” work experience scholar-ships 63 grants awarded to young people with disabilities between 18 and 30 years of age to study languages abroad. 424 scholarships awarded to young peo-ple with intellectual disabilities under the “University” programme. 35 grants awarded under the RADIA Pro-gramme to women with disabilities with university degrees for training in digital technologies. 53 grants to facilitate and encourage ac-cess to the Civil Service for people with disabilities, as part of the Programme of Aid to Promote Access to Public Emplo-yment for People with Disabilities. In addition, the Foundation managed, as a collaborating entity of the Royal Board on Disability, 976 scholarships in the 3rd edi-tion of the Queen Letizia Programme for Inclusion. The employment and training plan of the Women in ON-VG Mode programme assis-ted 888 women with disabilities who were victims of gender-violence. In two years the number of women accompanied is 1,530.
